25 APRIL - 5 MAY 2007: QUT SEMINAR SERIES
Queensland University of Technology's (QUT) Seminars were held in various location in ME to give insight into the education and research advantages of QUT’s ‘living laboratory’ connections with industry, government and community organisations.It demonstrated how QUT assists graduates to achieve high impact careers in diverse professions and in research. 3 FEBRUARY 2007: MEGAA PICNIC IN DUBAI

19 NOVEMBER 2006: NEW DUBAI CONSULATE OFFICE OPEN
The Australian Government Minister for Trade, Warren Truss, opened new and expanded offices for the Australian Consulate General in Dubai. Read more

18 NOVEMBER 2006: FIRST MEGAA MEETING IN ABU DHABI

30 OCTOBER 2006: AUSTRALIAN CONSULATE GENERAL (DUBAI) RELOCATED
The Australian Consulate General in Dubai has relocated to the Burjuman Office Tower in Dubai. The new offices are large and new, and will contribute to improved services. See UAE news for more details.

12 OCTOBER 2006: IFTAR DINNER

21 - 28 SEPTEMBER 2006: QUT VISIT
Queensland University of Technology delegation visited Dubai. The focus of their visit was international construction methods and processes. See UAE news for more details and photos.

21 SEPTEMBER 2006: MEGAA MEETING IN DUBAI
MEGAA committee had its second general meeting on Thursday 21 Sept at the Australian consulate in Dubai. The committee organised Iftaar Dinner.

SEPTEMBER 2006: LEA SUBLETT (CONSUL) LEAVING DUBAI

5 JUNE 2006: GOLD COAST ALUMNI ATTEND RECEPTION
